Finding Your “Something More”

Do you ever think to yourself…”there has to be more to life than this…?

You feel like you’re on a roller coaster with no chance of stepping off. You’re just going through the motions; work, eat, sleep, then getting up and doing it all again. Over and over.

What if there was more to life?

What if there was a way to find out exactly what that looked like for you?

Would you take a chance? Would you commit to yourself to make changes?

What if it was all about the question you asked?

Einstein said it best; "If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on the solution, I would spend the first 55 minutes determining the proper question to ask for once I know the proper question, I could solve the problem…”

What if you knew the right question to ask?

How would you feel if you knew the right question? What would you do?

We have all the answers within ourselves. It’s a matter of asking the right question to unlock and open the treasure trove of answers within.

The challenge we face though, is our lives are very busy with multitasking, busy-ness (being busy, but not actually getting anything done), work, home, family. The list goes on and on.

The first step in accessing the answers within is: to take time out to BE. To sit and be still.

It does wonders for our physical health, as well as our mental and emotional health as well. It allows us the opportunity to reconnect with our bodies, with our higher self, our heart and to take a look at what is going on.

This is also the best way to receive messages from the Universe, because, you are LISTENING.

Think of a child who is running around. Are they listening to you? No. Will they hear you if you speak quietly? Nope. It is the same with the Universe. There are whispers of messages, however, taking the time to be still is the only way you will hear them.

Journaling is also a wonderful tool to use. It is a great place to write what you are grateful for as well as any messages you receive.
